Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club - Málaga
Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club is situated in the hills of Benahavís, Málaga, just a few minutes from Marbella, in a mountainous setting with sweeping views of the Mediterranean. Opened in 1991, it was the first golf course on the Costa del Sol to be designed by Severiano Ballesteros.
The course comprises 18 holes, par 71, and was designed to respect the natural contours and elevation changes of the land, resulting in a course where precision and strategy are of particular importance.
An iconic course designed by Severiano Ballesteros, set amongst the mountains of Benahavís and very close to Marbella. Its 18-hole, par-71 course blends naturally into the undulating terrain, creating a layout with constant changes in elevation and spectacular views of the Mediterranean.
Its narrow fairways, water hazards and strategically placed bunkers reward accuracy over distance, forcing players to think carefully about every shot and club selection. Each hole has its own distinct character, combining technical sections with opportunities to take risks and achieve good results.
A challenging, varied course full of character, perfect for those seeking to enjoy an authentic Seve Ballesteros design whilst playing amidst the distinctive mountainous landscape of the Costa del Sol.
