How can I book a round of golf?
You can do it directly through our website: select the course, date, and available tee time, then confirm your booking in just a few steps.
Do I need to be registered to make a booking?
Yes, registration is required in order to book. This allows you to manage your tee times, receive notifications, and enjoy exclusive benefits.
How far in advance should I book?
It is best to book at least 48 hours in advance, although some courses accept same-day bookings if there is availability.
Can I choose the exact tee time?
Yes, you can select from the time slots available at each course in real time.
Payments and Cancellations
How do I make the payment?
Payment is made online using a credit or debit card. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I pay directly at the golf course?
Currently, that payment option is not available. All payments must be made through our website.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, most courses allow cancellations or changes up to 24 hours before the tee time at no extra cost. After that, fees may apply.
What happens if it rains or the course is closed?
If the course cancels the round due to bad weather or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your booking.
Playing Experience
Do I need a handicap to play?
Most courses do not require it, but some may ask for a handicap certificate to access certain tee times or tournaments.
Can I rent equipment (clubs, trolley, buggy)?
Yes, many courses offer rental of clubs, electric trolleys, and buggies. You can add them during the booking process.
Can I play alone or do I need to book for a group?
You can book as a single player. In some cases, the course may group individual players into the same tee time.
Are non-playing companions allowed?
It depends on the course policy. Some allow companions as caddies or spectators, while others only admit players.
